Graphic designer required for educational resources

I am looking for a graphic designer to create educational resources such as simple flash cards and more detailed cartoon characters for online flash books. The first job will consist only of the simple flashcard resources. If the work is to an acceptable standard there will be ongoing opportunities for the development of a series of children’s flash books and other educational resources.
My highest priorities are knowledge, quality and reliability. Experience with coral draw or illustrator are essential. All work must be original and not bought or reused. No images used must be limited by existing copyright.
If you are interested in this project please send me examples of your previous work. More information regarding the initial project will be forwarded to potential freelancers. The budget only relates to the initial project which is a very small design project.
