1009 Graphics for Video Game Sites

We need graphic web design for 3 video game sites we are working on. As for the HTML, etc, we are covered. Simply need header and left nav graphics to make the sites nice. Each site must look completely different. A little flash would be cool. Graphics need to be cool, focused around XBox, Play Station, Game Cube, XBox 360 games, etc. I need VERY fast turn around. 3 days MAX. I keep getting designers saying they will have them done tomorrow and still have not gotten the sites done 2 weeks later. 3 Days. Thanks
