Need a Flash Developer

I'm looking for an experienced flash developer to make some modifications to an existing flash template.
Anyway - I bought the following flash website template:

And, now all I need is for somebody to make the necessary modifications to this flash template so I can use this template for my business website. I already have all the modifications that need to be done - they're all written down. I just need somebody that's experienced and knowlegeable with Flash to make the necessary text and link changes to this template.
This shouldn't be a very difficult assignment - straight forward and easy...
