139276 New Themed Site Layout

I need a new site Layout for oddcuriosity.com. I need a single page template, possibly with flash and CSS. I need a logo and possibly Circus themed. I would like a flash header that has a circus tent/theme with the new logo OddCuriosity somehow integrated. I would like bright colors, something attractive. The rest of the page page should be CSS with colors that match. I need to be able to basically copy and paste my PHP code into the page for this to work. I need a spot for featured items as well. I would prefer that anyone who bids to have a sample of what they are thinking which will help determine who I go with. I need all rights to the page and it becomes mine. The successful bidder/winner who completes this to my satisfaction will be considered first for additional project, which there are many.
