Greetings,

We need an attractive html design with dynamic flash header for a ringtone website. The end result should look similar to: [url removed, login to view]

The flash header should have a fun tone. [url removed, login to view] - the website is in russian, however you should be able to see the idea.

We do not need something as complicated as the one at [url removed, login to view], however it has to communicate cheerfulness.

The website is intended to sell text-based jokes to mobile users. A bad example of website is [url removed, login to view] - they are conducting same activities as we are, however their site looks terrible.

We will have to include examples of jokes and directions as to how to pay on the website. Example: [url removed, login to view]

The site and header will be translated into Russian later on. We will deal with html ourselves, however the header, we will ask you to help us. (spelling and font will be provided) If you speak Russian - that's a plus.

Our company will soon be launching a serious of related services for which we will require similar websites. Series such as [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] , therefore, we are looking for a long term relationship.
