"Under Constructin" Website with logo animation

Job Description:
HI, I've a domain but no website. So I want to put up an "Under Construction" website that has a simple animation of the logo. Once loaded the site should look like file 1. The background picture is file 2. I'd like all the information to be presented such that the typical user will NOT have to scroll down, i.e. all the information will be visible without any scrolling.
The animation is the logo. This rolls on from the side.
So when they first open the webpage it will look like file 3. Then immediately the "o" with the red dot in the middle rolls in from the left hand side. The logo is file 4 and file 5, (jpeg and tif files).
Refer to file 6 to see how the logo rolls out. The orage dot in our logo completely fills in the centre of the O. (No fuzzy white bits like in the bitmap!).
This O then rolls out horizontally from the left hand side of the screen. As it rolls out it leaves behind the successive letters of the logo, see file 6. When cucoco is rolled out the orange dot/disc spins out of the centre of the O to take its position. It spins a further 3 times and as it does so the 'com' smoothly scrolls out.
