Site Design. CSS / flash / en to es translations

We need a css layout redesign or template installation and customization. We need flash design. We need complete translation or editing of any untranslated content. The website is www.montysmexico.com. The site already has the majority of the content translated but there is content that needs translation or editing. We want a complete css/flash redesign to give a completely new and improved look to the site. Currently it uses an open source css template, this could be done again, if you have a very high quality template. It must be completely CSS. We want flash to be used for the welcome page and for the header of the site and more. We are condensing the navigation, installing pop menu magic from projectseven.com. For the intro page which is used to welcome the user and have them choose a language, we want a flash animation, where a field with a crop is at dawn and then a blinding sun comes over the horizon and out of this light a 3d montysmexico logo emerges and hovers in the sky, a light bird singing background noise. The flash map needs to be redesigned, to show only the major cities and any cities with distributors. It needs to have a flash pop up when the user hovers the cities with contact info of the distributor in that location. I would prefer if you could use the data file and java script like it currently uses, so I can add/remove cities with coordinates and make color modifications if needed. We want the sustainable agriculture section to have a flash animation. The animation will animate the image that is currently on that page, essentially. The new banner header will be in flash and have animated USA/MEXICO Flags with a 3D Montys's logo in the center. The same 3D logo that the intro page used, it will hover there and the flags will come in the over the sky, but the logo will remain and then the rest of the site will load below in either spanish or english. We want to install a flash image gallery to manage the images and captions. [login to view URL] also has these and we may use theirs. The site is corporate and needs to have the look and feel of a "first class" site. Long term maintenance and future translation, upgrades, expansion sites, ect will be granted to the right professionals if this project is completed satisfactory. Need Mexico native spanish translator. I don't know exactly how many pages are not translated, right now, I don't have time to go in and determine this. I also know that more pictures with captions that need translation and possibly a few additonal documents could possibly be part of the projects scope. I also have some stock photography related to the industry that can be used if needed. Please do not bid unless you have good proof of your talents. Thanks and please ask any questions.
