Web Design for Internet Consulting Company

Web site is for a consulting and web services company. Services to be offered by the company include web design, development, marketing and hosting. The company name is "Viable Solutions". The web site is "iviable.com". Must be very creative and professional looking. Some flash should be included as well (i.e. not the typical rectangular shape with a navigation header at the top). Also, I must be able to use it as a template to add additional pages. While I can edit the html comfortably on my own, it should not require any design changes to add new pages. One intro page plus an additional templatable page is sufficient. If you can think more creatively that is a plus. If you do an intro page, it should not be just a flash animation - it must be html (but can also have flash components). I need the web site to match with a logo that I already have for the company. The final product will be the full site - meaning flash, images, html etc. I will also need the source files in case it needs to be changed in the future. I will only choose a bidder that can show me a portfolio of their work or a mockup of this project.
