Web|Graphic Design, Programming, Flash Knowledge FOR LOGO DESIGN

Hi guys; I'm a professional freelance graphic/web designer and I'm looking for someone who can help me with my workload. So this is not just a single project, I'm here looking for a mutually beneficial long term business relationship with another qualified freelance/web designer. You must be available on Instant Messenger, Skype or any other system so that I can explain to you the different projects as they come along. You must be able to speak and write English well. You must be creative, I can spot a generic template a mile away, so if all your work is mass production, then this might not be for you..I like to use fresh layouts and give each client something different. I must see work you have done. I'm using as bait the design of a logo for a company called "WEBGENIOS" which is english for "WEBGENIUS"...It's a company that does web/graphic design, programming..etc. for US-based latino market, but please no palm trees or beaches..I want this logo to be your own creation.
