Change Flash Template

I am thinking about purchasing a flash template from templatemonster.com. I have not got much experience with it though. It's only got 5 pages and its quite basic. I want to know how much it will cost. I will provide all text, the layout does not need to be changed and no pictures or other animations need to be added. This should be an easy cheap task for whoever will take this up.
I want to keep the cost low as i am doing this for a non-profit organisation.

Very sorry to say but someone has brought the template unique before i had the chance to buy it. This therefore means i'm going to have to close this project.
