My client, a freelance cinematographer / Videophotographer wants a website which similar in SIZE & STRUCTURE to

The website will need
- Homepage
- 4 Areas which cover the type of work they do. In each area, pages for
--- Area Intro Page
--- Image Gallery with good thumbnails + main picture and subtext. When hovered over the thumbnail the main picture and subtext changes.
Beneath the image gallery a video clip gallery which displays in the main picture area a short clip as per [login to view URL] films
--- Client/Credits List1 (A tabular format with thumbnails)
- An intro page summarising the 4 areas, with a few thumbnails and news headlines from the news page.
- Profile Page with six or eight medium thumb nails and a scrollable summary CV.
- Client/Credits List(2) an overall summary list of credits, with a world map and hoover overs, plus a side menu with assignements by type
- A contact Us page with contact info and 'request detailed CV' link (All emails displayed should be dynamically decrypted in order to avoid SPAM grabbers (not sure if this is needed in Flash).
- A facility to download a PDF Document CV, but after having registered, where the results of the registration form is an email sent to the client. The registration process should include having a number of tick boxes to indicate areas of interest & the email should forward the IP address captured during form completion.
- A news page. where there is a short paragraph and 1-4 thumbnails of news (i.e. recent assignments) The words and images for this new page must be 'non-techie' user maintainable from an admin screen
- An admin screen for the above
- A forum is NOT required.
- The design and resultant development must be performant, aimed at users with Broadband (i.e. no page taking nolonger than 5 secs to load)
- No credits or branding will be allowed on the resultant site.
- Client will provide all image and text content.
- Client will have final veto on page layout and colour scheme however we would welcome bids with attached suggested theme which we would only expect to refine colour scheme and minor layout refinements.
- The 'style' (overall layout and colour sheme) is also a project being bid for elsewhere. Therefore the winner of this bid may be required to adopt the selected overall layout style.
- All bids must clearly state timescale to produce once ann text and images are provided
- All bids must clearly state a total firm all inclusive cost, not just rate information
