Flash Animated Intro for Corporate Video

We are needing a 10-15 second flash animated intro (PAL 720 x 576). The video is for a forresting corporation and would be something along the lines of a seed being planted and then growing into a tree with a logo fading in. Full payment will be made upon receipt of work. The work must be completed within 5 days time, so please don't bid unless you can work within this time frame and accept the payment terms. A port folio of animated flash sequences will also need to be provided. SUBMISSIONS WITHOUT EXAMPLES OF PREVIOUS WORK WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. We are looking to establish an ongoing working relationship for future work, in the amount of once every few months.
