Flash editing needed

I need some Flash file elements separated out from the rest of the file. The file is here: [login to view URL] As you can see it is VERY badly done site. The WHOLE thing is one big Flash file. It takes too long to load. I have since had the site redone but I love the animated workmen and want to add them to the existing site. it is here: [login to view URL] Here's what I need: 1. The workmen and the dust clouds separated out from the rest of the Flash file. 2. The sound to be edited to sync up with the workmen. As you can hear the drill starts whirring before the little guy even appears! 3. The dust clouds sped up and them to end much faster than they do now. 4. The "just a moment please... text eliminated. 6. I will give you the Flash file as well as the existing site with both a black right hand frame and the site with text in the right hand frame as it exists now. The existing site is done with Front Page. 7. You will incorporate the workmen and the clouds as well as the sound into the site with the frame black and when the clouds dissapate the frame will now hold the text.
