flash file modifications

I have several pictures that need to be updated in a flash file for display to the public along with some wording that needs to be changed on the main page of a website ... this is ez maybe 15 minutes of work for a flash expert .. so the budget is low .. you can visit www dot socarave dot com for example to view the main page . where I would like to change the girl on the right to a new girl (all pics will be provided) and the text will be provided for the main page
