Flash web page with intro (AS 2.0)(FLASH 8)

We require a flash web page to be built in Actionscript 2.0 to be published for no higher than Flash 8.0. This must be a coded project no tween Animations, although you can use Tween classes i.e. [login to view URL] or similar. This must be a professional build, no amateurs please. This page will be pre-loaded into our site we are building so references to _root in the code is a no, no. The animations must be slick and smooth and look polished. I have attached some images giving a before and after state and also an image of what the intro should look like. i will give more details and also show an example of how we want the animation to work once you PM me. Budget is $150.00 for a single page with the intro built in, should be a quick job. We require this project to be completed by Sunday ideally, please do not bid on the project if you cannot meet the criteria, successful developers will have a chance to work on other projects with us.
