Flash Website Header

I need a Flash Website header produced for one of my sites. You can view the website at www.menardonline.com. I am a web designer but really I do not design with flash. I am currently modifying a template that has a pre-existing Flash header. I like the header , colors etc. I really just need it modified. I do not have the Fla. files. I do have the .SWF files though if this will help.
I will consider other Flash Headers that can be produced that are similar to the original on my site if the colors are the same etc.
