Simple Flash job - importing phots and fading them

We have a presentation in Flash MX and want someone to import and animate most of the content, which is just images of staff, their names, and some text about them.
The task is simple:
1) 50 peoples photos need cropping to the right size
2) All 50 photos imported into flash into a symbol each
3) On the main timeline we want to fade from one to another
4) Also their names need to fade in underneath each photo
5) Finally, each person has a description (about 10 words) which needs to "type out" to the left of the photo a letter at a time like a typewriter. I was using Flax for this, but Swish would also work for these typing movies (unless you have another way)
All photos will be supplied, as well as the text for names, and descriptions, in an Excel file
This is a very simple task, but a little time consuming for us at the moment. We'd need this done within a couple of days of accepting the right bidder.
