I already have complete ground-floor, first-floor, and annex drawings in both PDF and AutoCAD (DWG) formats. The structural grid, walls, and openings stay exactly as they are; what I need is a smart internal reshuffle so the house lives larger without touching the envelope. Scope of the adjustments • Enlarge the living area, all bedrooms, and the kitchen so they feel more generous and better connected to natural light. • Re-balance the remaining square metres by tightening up hallways, refining bathroom layouts, and carving out well-placed storage spaces. Design direction The look and flow should lean Modern—clean lines, efficient circulation, and a clear hierarchy of public versus private zones. I am open to creative ideas as long as the proposal respects the existing structure and local building codes. Deliverables 1. Revised floor plans (DWG + layered PDF) with clear dimensions, furniture blocks for scale, and updated room tags. 2. A brief annotation sheet or keyed notes explaining the main layout moves and area gains. 3. One round of post-submission tweaks based on my consolidated comments. Acceptance criteria The updated plans must maintain structural walls, align with the modern brief, and demonstrate measurable increases in the living area, bedrooms, and kitchen while improving storage, hallways, and bathroom usability. I will supply the current files immediately on award and can respond quickly to clarification questions so the turnaround is smooth.
