Hi there! I am a professional freelancer with over 10 years of experience. I am uniquely qualified for this project because I bring 10 years of experience as an accountant, a role that requires deep understanding of SOPs, internal controls, and disciplined operational workflows. I don’t just "make things pretty"—I understand the business logic behind the diagrams. My Approach: I will translate your 18-step SOP into a high-clarity, executive-grade flow chart that emphasizes the chain of command and quality control touchpoints. I prioritize visual hierarchy and clean logic, using industry-standard symbols (diamonds for COR decision points, rectangles for field execution) to ensure the document passes institutional-level review. Software Recommendation: I recommend using Canva for high-resolution output for print. I can also provide an editable PowerPoint version for your team to make minor text updates in the future without losing the polished layout. Details: Turnaround: 48–72 hours for the initial Flow Chart. Deliverables: Editable PPT source files, print-ready PDF (CMYK), and high-res PNG. Ongoing Support: I am fully capable of handling your additional visuals, including RACI matrices, Org Charts, and KPI dashboards. I am ready to transform your raw SOP into a serious, proposal-ready operating model immediately. Best regards, Romany
