flutter nfc_kit will be good enough as whatever you are need here well known and available all over. Note only that you will need actual devices for this. Please message if anything more specific is needed for this than general nfc read and broadcast. If any specific purpose can create a custom flutter module for it for best performance instead of using available ones.
