Mobile Tailor Workflow Management App

I’m building a full-cycle management app that lets our tailoring shop run entirely from a phone or tablet. Staff will log every measurement, alteration, delivery and payment directly inside the app, while I— the owner— need a live dashboard that mirrors their activity so I can follow jobs, cash flow and team performance whenever I’m away from the shop. Scope • Native mobile experience for both iOS and Android (web is not required). • Two secure roles: Staff create and update orders; Owner has read-only analytics plus the ability to override or approve payouts. • End-to-end traceability: the system must stamp who did what and when for orders, edits, deliveries and tailor payments, eliminating our paper registers. • Real-time sync so that the moment a staff member records a change, I see it on my phone. Tech is your call—Flutter, React Native or a comparable cross-platform stack—as long as performance is smooth and future feature tweaks stay cost-effective. Deliverables 1. Source code for iOS and Android apps. 2. Simple backend (Firebase, Supabase, or similar) with authentication and audit logging. 3. Installation guide and a short video walk-through so my team can start using it immediately. Acceptance criteria • I can create a dummy order on one device, watch status updates propagate to another, and pull a timeline that lists every action taken. • Owner dashboard displays total orders, pending deliveries and accumulated tailor payments without delay.
