Hello everyone. I recently posted a project but took it down because I didn't feel the people bidding were capable of meeting our expectations. So we are here to try round two.

We are starting our own freelancing network and need someone to design a homepage for it. We really need someone to create an extremely high end template for us, but one that is cleaner and even more professional than our competitors. Please provide mockups to be chosen or your bid will not be reviewed.
