I’m looking for an experienced full-stack developer to help me finish and professionally stabilize an existing SaaS product called Neirom. Neirom is already largely built and live. This is not a project starting from zero, and I do not want a complete rebuild. I need someone who can review the existing codebase, understand what is already working, fix the remaining problems, improve performance and reliability, and bring the product to a professional production-ready standard. Current Stack / Integrations Include: - React / TypeScript - Supabase / PostgreSQL - Lovable - Anthropic AI API - Paddle payments - Resend email - Shopify OAuth, product sync, and webhooks - Etsy OAuth/API integration - GitHub What I Need: 1. Full technical audit of the existing application. 2. Fix bugs and broken flows. 3. Improve speed, stability, responsiveness, and code quality where necessary. 4. Review authentication, database permissions, and security. 5. Test signup/login, plans, AI analysis, and billing end-to-end. 6. Finish and test the Shopify integration for production use. 7. Review the Etsy API implementation and ensure compliance with Etsy’s current API requirements. 8. Help prepare the app for Etsy Commercial Access review (if permitted by Etsy). 9. Help prepare the Shopify app for public distribution/review. 10. Verify webhooks, synchronization, monitoring, and scheduled jobs. 11. Test mobile and desktop UX thoroughly. 12. Fix only what is necessary — no unnecessary redesign or new features added unnecessarily! Proposal Requirements: Please include: 1. What you believe still needs to be completed after reviewing the project structure (based on provided details). 2. How long it would realistically take to finalize the product professionally? 3. Your fixed price to bring Neirom to a launch-ready state (after understanding its current status). 4. Your experience with Shopify apps, Supabase, OAuth/API integrations (specific examples are appreciated). 5. Whether you have previously helped an app through Shopify App Review or Etsy API approval processes? Important Notes: Neirom already has substantial functionality built in; I am looking for someone who can work with what is already there rather than rebuilding everything from scratch unnecessarily! Efficiency matters as my budget is limited! Please start your proposal with “NEIROM” so I know you’ve read this description carefully! Also briefly explain how you would approach stabilizing an existing SaaS like this.

Hello, NEIROM — I would stabilize the existing React/TypeScript SaaS in place, not rebuild it, because the risk here is in production flows across Supabase, Shopify OAuth/webhooks, Etsy API, and Paddle billing. Based on your brief, the likely remaining work is failed edge cases, weak DB/auth rules, broken sync/jobs, and review blockers for Shopify public distribution and Etsy access. - Audit codebase, auth, DB policies, webhooks, jobs, and error handling. - Fix launch-blocking bugs in signup, login, billing, and AI analysis flows. - Harden Shopify sync, scopes, uninstall flow, and webhook reliability. - Verify Etsy API compliance, mobile/desktop UX, and production stability. I can start with the audit and turn it into a fix list with priorities. Which area is currently the main blocker: Shopify review, Etsy compliance, billing, or core user flows? Roman

NEIROM I’d approach Neirom as a stabilization and production-readiness job, not a rebuild. I’d first audit the existing React/TypeScript, Supabase/PostgreSQL, authentication, permissions, AI, Paddle, Resend, Shopify, and Etsy flows to identify what is actually incomplete or unreliable. Then I’d fix the highest-impact issues, verify webhooks and scheduled jobs, test critical flows end-to-end, and address security, performance, and mobile/desktop problems without unnecessary changes. Based on the details provided, I’d expect the remaining work to be determined by the audit, so I wouldn’t give you an artificial fixed price or timeline before seeing the codebase. After reviewing it, I can provide a clear scope, realistic schedule, and fixed launch-ready price. I’m comfortable working with OAuth/API integrations, PostgreSQL, SaaS debugging, and production stabilization. Best, Ivane

NEIROM Hi, I’d stabilize Neirom by auditing the existing React/TypeScript, Supabase, OAuth, billing, AI, and webhook flows first, then fixing only launch-blocking issues rather than rebuilding working functionality. Key remaining areas appear to be Shopify/Etsy production readiness, security/RLS, Paddle billing, synchronization reliability, scheduled jobs, and end-to-end testing. After code access, I can confirm a realistic fixed price and timeline based on actual outstanding work. A few questions: 1. Are Shopify OAuth, product sync, and webhook flows already working in development, and which production scenarios are currently failing? 2. Has Supabase RLS, service-role usage, webhook authentication, and tenant-level data isolation already been security-reviewed? 3. For Etsy, have you already applied for Commercial Access, and are there any current API review issues, permission limitations, or compliance feedback to address?

Hi, NEIROM: Neirom is live and you want to stabilize what’s already there, not rewrite it. I’ve done similar stabilization work on React/TypeScript stacks with Supabase and OAuth/API integrations, and I understand the pressure to improve reliability without user-impactful changes. I’ll focus on a lean audit, bug triage, and performance improvements while preserving existing UX. I’ve led end-to-end stabilization for similar SaaS apps, delivering production patches without disrupting existing users. I’d start by validating the current flows, reproducing signup/login, billing, and webhook paths in a staging environment, then isolate unstable parts and patch against real usage. Next, I’d tighten monitoring, run end-to-end tests, and confirm external API compliance (Shopify, Etsy) before a staged rollout. One realistic risk is breaking existing OAuth flows or webhook handling during a partial fix. What are the non-negotiable user flows that must stay unchanged during fixes? Is there a specific production window or downtime tolerance for the Shopify/Etsy integration rollout? If we're aligned, I can outline the implementation phases before kickoff. Best regards, Brandon

As an experienced full-stack developer, I fully understand what you're looking for in a candidate to finesse your SaaS product, Neirom. Being adept with React and TypeScript, I'm confident in my ability to scrutinize your current codebase, identify any bug fixing requirements or performance enhancement needs, and overall stabilize the platform thoroughly. With over a decade of experience under my belt, I can assure you that I always operate on the principle of "fix only what is necessary". No unnecessary redesigns or new features to ensure your project remains within budget. Having worked extensively with Shopify apps and OAuth/API integrations for the past half-decade, I can assure you that I'm well-equipped to finalize and verify the Shopify integration for production use with precision. In addition to my expertise with Supabase, I have a solid understanding of PostgreSQL which will come in handy while reviewing authentication, database permissions, and security. In terms of time frame and cost estimation, after carefully reviewing your project structure, it would take me approximately [timetable] to bring Neirom to a launch-ready state in compliance with Etsy's current API requirements. My fixed price for diligently completing this task based on its current status would be [rate], providing exceptional value for money. While my practices might be thrifty, they are never compromised in quality.

NEIROM Hello, I would approach stabilization by first auditing the live React/TypeScript, Supabase/PostgreSQL, authentication, permissions, billing, AI, Shopify, Etsy, webhook, and scheduled-job flows, then prioritizing production-impacting defects before performance and UX refinements. Based on the described scope, I would expect a structured audit and stabilization phase, followed by end-to-end testing and launch-readiness verification rather than an unnecessary rebuild. I have relevant experience working with existing full-stack applications, Supabase, OAuth/API integrations, webhooks, PostgreSQL security, and production troubleshooting. I would specifically validate Shopify product sync and review Etsy API compliance requirements, while documenting any remaining work and risks. I would also recommend adding focused monitoring and automated regression checks for billing, synchronization, and authentication. Shopify App Review and Etsy approval outcomes depend on the app’s current implementation and submission status, so I would verify readiness against their latest requirements before submission. Hi, I'm Denis, a full-stack developer specializing in stabilizing and hardening existing SaaS products. I understand exactly what you need. I'd approach Neirom methodically: audit the codebase, fix broken flows, ensure Shopify and Etsy integrations are production-ready, and verify authentication, permissions, and webhooks are solid. I'd test the full user journey from signup through billing and AI analysis, verify webhook reliability, check Supabase database constraints and row-level security, and ensure responsive mobile and desktop experiences. I've built OAuth flows for both Shopify and Etsy, handled product synchronization with webhooks, and managed API rate limits and compliance requirements. While I haven't personally guided apps through Shopify's review or Etsy's Commercial Access approval, I'm familiar with both platforms' documentation and requirements. Based on your scope, I estimate 3-4 weeks of focused work to reach launch-ready state, with a fixed price of $8,000-$10,000 once I've reviewed the codebase and identified specific gaps. I can start immediately. Let's discuss the details. Thanks, Denis.

Hello, NEIROM, and thank you so much for considering my expertise to take on your project. As an accomplished full-stack developer with over 15 years of experience, I have an extensive skill set that aligns perfectly with your requirements. Not only am I proficient in React, TypeScript and a host of other languages, but I've also worked extensively in similar environments including Shopify, Supabase, OAuth/API integrations, and ERP/CRM systems. To stabilize an existing SaaS system like Neirom, I would begin with a comprehensive audit of the codebase - identifying bugs and broken flows, assessing security protocols, verifying third-party integrations, checking up time and performance stats, as well as any other technical aspects up for review. Once done, I'd prioritize areas that need immediate attention and ensure clear communication throughout the process about what was done, how it resolved any issues and if there are updates to existing systems. Given the information provided about Neirom's current state and your requirements for stabilization and a production-ready overhaul, I estimate that it would take approximately X weeks to finalize the product professionally at a fixed price of $X. My previous experience with launching SaaS platforms in combination with my knack for adaptable problem-solving makes me a suitable candidate for this task. Though no two projects are ever alike, I have previously helped apps through review pro Thanks!

==== Hi - Truong here ==== NEIROM "SAAS PRODUCT STABILIZATION" — you need an existing app fixed and ready for launch without rebuilding. I can audit the current React/TypeScript, Supabase, PostgreSQL, OAuth, billing, and API flows, then fix only the areas blocking production. I would start by mapping signup, authentication, AI analysis, payments, Shopify sync, and database permissions to find the real issues before changing code. For a SaaS already built, the important part is protecting working features while improving reliability. I would review webhooks, security rules, scheduled tasks, and third-party integrations so the app is stable for users and future updates. Which areas are currently causing the biggest problems: bugs in user flows, Shopify/Etsy integrations, payments, performance, or security review findings? Looking forward to work with you

NEIROM. How I stabilize a live, Lovable-built SaaS: audit first, map what already works, and never refactor for taste. I characterise each integration as working, broken, or risky before touching code, fix with the smallest change, and prove it against the live flows. That matches your "fix only what is necessary." From the stack, here is what I would expect to find and where I would start. First, security, and it is the biggest risk here. A vibecoded Supabase app that stores users' Shopify and Etsy OAuth tokens must have row-level security on every table, or one user could read another user's store tokens, which is catastrophic. So the audit begins with RLS coverage and whether those tokens are protected and never readable cross-tenant. Second, billing. Paddle subscription state must be driven by verified, idempotent webhooks, not the browser return, and the plan gate enforced server-side, not just hidden in the React UI, or users reach the AI features without paying. Third, app-review readiness. Shopify review has hard requirements vibecoded apps usually miss: the mandatory GDPR compliance webhooks, HMAC-verified webhooks, and minimal OAuth scopes. Etsy Commercial Access checks rate-limit compliance and approved use. I audit against those checklists, not cosmetics. Can I get read access to the repo and Supabase schema to start the audit?

NEIROM. I've built and stabilized multiple SaaS products with similar stacks, so this is right in my wheelhouse. I'll audit the codebase, fix bugs, optimize performance, and secure auth while testing all critical flows—Shopify/Etsy integrations, billing, and webhooks. I've helped apps through Shopify/Etsy reviews before, and I'll ensure compliance. I'll document fixes and configurations but focus on what's broken, not overhaul. I can start immediately. Thanks, Andrii.

NEIROM When a SaaS product is largely built but still requires stabilization, the underlying issue often lies in the integration and performance of its existing components. My goal is to make sure that the current functionality is optimized and reliable without a complete rebuild. To address your needs effectively, I propose the following phases: Technical audit: I will conduct a thorough review of the existing codebase, identifying areas for improvement and potential bugs. Bug fixes and performance tuning: I'll address broken flows, enhance speed, and improve code quality, making sure the application runs smoothly. Authentication and security review: I'll evaluate the authentication mechanisms, database permissions, and overall security to safeguard user data. Integration compliance checks: I'll review the Shopify and Etsy integrations to make sure they meet the current API requirements and prepare the app for necessary reviews. End-to-end testing and UX validation: I will perform full testing of all functionalities, including mobile and desktop UX, to confirm everything works as intended. I understand the importance of maintaining your existing site and content without disruption. My approach will not affect your live environment during this process. Regarding your questions, I believe the technical audit will reveal additional areas for improvement, and I estimate that finalizing the product will take approximately 4-6 weeks, depending on the findings.
