Urgent Hiring – Full Stack Developer for Production Stabilization & Feature Completion Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to immediately take over an ongoing activation & transaction management platform built for internal operational users. The core system is already developed and partially live. However, several workflow gaps, dashboard inconsistencies, API payload corrections, and production-readiness tasks remain pending. The objective is to stabilize the platform, complete pending modules, and prepare the system for full LIVE operations within 2–3 weeks. This is a takeover & completion assignment — not greenfield development. ⸻ Technology Stack • React Native (Agent Mobile App) • React.js (Admin Dashboard) • Node.js + Express Backend • MongoDB • REST API Integrations • VPS / VPN Hosted Deployment • Material UI • Git-based repository ⸻ Pending Development Scope 1. Activation Flow Corrections • Ensure strict sequential workflow execution: • Registration → Verification → Document Upload → Payment → Activation • Prevent activation when prerequisite steps are incomplete • Allow users to resume interrupted processes without restarting • Avoid loss of previously entered data during retries ⸻ 2. Wallet & Transaction Handling Improvements • Introduce pre-validation of operational wallet balance before initiating activation • System should: • Alert user if balance is below required threshold • Allow immediate recharge option without restarting workflow • Threshold value must be dynamic and configurable via Admin Dashboard ⸻ 3. Existing vs New User Handling Logic Current issue: • System asks for repeated manual data entry even when records already exist. Required: • Auto-fetch existing user details silently in backend • Skip unnecessary data entry screens • Trigger new account creation only when user does not exist • Prevent duplicate data submission across multiple applications ⸻ 4. Backend Activation Validation • Ensure entity/account activation is completed within the same workflow • Avoid situations where: • Data is collected internally • But activation happens externally again • Remove duplicate registration dependency • Validate APIs and correct flow logic where required ⸻ 5. Mobile App UI / UX Fixes • Keyboard overlapping input fields during form entry • Improve visibility while entering sensitive details • Proper validation highlighting for missing fields • Prevent agent confusion during long forms ⸻ 6. Data Visibility Issues Fix cases where: • Registered customer mobile numbers are not displayed • Associated vehicle/entity identifiers are missing in listings • Activation records appear incomplete in agent view ⸻ 7. Dashboard Functional Corrections Admin dashboard pending items: • Timing/data refresh synchronization issues • Agent master data download/export • Serial-number-based inventory assignment • Agent-wise consolidated reporting including: • Total activations • Category/status segmentation • Verification type summaries • Overall performance analytics ⸻ 8. API Payload Compliance & Log Readiness • Review request payload structures • Remove redundant parameters already mapped internally • Exclude restricted fields from request bodies • Ensure payload compliance with external integration guidelines • Generate clean structured logs suitable for validation review ⸻ 9. Production Stabilization • Replace sandbox configurations • Validate LIVE API communication • Improve failure handling & retry logic • Final performance testing before rollout ⸻ 10.
