Hi The biggest risk with taking over an existing SaaS is that the code might look clean but the background jobs are actually failing silently. I would start by running the cron jobs manually to see if the automated follow-ups are actually firing, then I would test the Gmail OAuth flow to ensure the token refresh works without breaking. I have worked on similar handovers where the previous developer left the database migrations in a state that required a full reset, so I would check the Supabase schema history to make sure the data structure is sound before I touch anything. A common mistake is assuming the frontend is the only thing that needs testing. I would also inspect the Chrome extension's background script to verify it can handle the IMAP polling without crashing the browser tab. I am ready to start immediately.

Hi, an inspection of Proxelion that tells you what actually runs and what only looks like it does. IMAP reply detection is where these usually rot, since a missed reply means follow ups keep sending. How we would do it: a throwaway tenant, then your whole chain run for real, company to contact to draft to send to reply to stop. We read code only where the run disagrees with the docs: RLS on Supabase, Vercel cron, OAuth scopes, Polar webhooks. The extension gets loaded unpacked and tested in Gmail.
