The parts I own cleanly are the Fleet Command Center web dashboard, the React Native mobile apps, and the REST plus WebSocket real-time layer over PostgreSQL/PostGIS and Redis - that is my core stack, and the multi-tenant, geofencing and live-telemetry side is exactly the kind of work I do. Two honest points, because I would rather be straight than win on a promise I cannot keep. First, live dashcam video is a specialist layer, separate from the app work. Streaming from the BharatCam device depends entirely on what its SDK exposes - RTSP, WebRTC, or an HLS URL - and that decides the whole video architecture. Until I see the OEM SDK docs I would not quote the video piece firmly; the fleet, tracking, geofencing and telemetry dashboard I can quote confidently today. Second, this is genuine end-to-end product ownership - backend, IoT, video, web, mobile, cloud, QA. That is a multi-month phased engagement, not a single fixed build, and the posted budget only frames a first phase. I would suggest starting with device ingestion plus the live-tracking dashboard, since that proves the hardware pipeline before the heavier video work. What does the BharatCam SDK expose for video? I would build a separate video gateway service to offload the heavy processing and keep the main dashboard fast. This ensures the fleet dashboard remains responsive even when multiple drivers are streaming video. A common mistake is treating the mobile app as just a mirror of the web interface. I would implement local caching and background sync so the app works reliably when the driver loses internet connection. Connections drop on moving vehicles, so the backend has to accept late and out of order GPS points and video chunks, and stream live video only while someone is actually watching, otherwise data costs explode. A first milestone I would own end to end: device connection through the BharatCam SDK, GPS ingestion into Postgres with trip reconstruction, a live map on the web dashboard, and on demand live video over WebRTC with a relay, all deployed with Docker.
