I'd start by locking the Postgres schema and the NestJS API layer before touching a single React screen, since the frontend contract depends on it and building UI against a moving API just means redoing the work twice. Everything shares types end to end, so a change to a model doesn't need a manual sync between backend and frontend. For the small paid test task, I'd take on a slice that proves the pattern end to end: one entity through the database, exposed through the API, rendered on a page, so you can see the actual approach before committing to the full build. Testing runs alongside each milestone rather than as a separate pass at the end, and the deploy step targets your server directly rather than a generic staging setup. M1: Backend, database schema, core API routes. 16500 INR, 4 days. M2: Frontend build, third-party integrations, wiring to the API. 20000 INR, 5 days. M3: Testing, deployment to your server, handover. 13500 INR, 3 days. 50000 INR covers the scope as I read it from the brief. The third-party integrations aren't named yet, and that's the piece most likely to move the number once I know which ones you need. Is the server you're deploying to already provisioned, or does setting it up fall under this as well?
