International Fundraiser for Children's Aid

Position: International Fundraiser (Donor Acquisition) Organization: The International Children’s Aid Foundation “Children Must Live” Employment Type: Part-time / Full-time, Remote Compensation: Commission-based (percentage of funds raised + bonuses for KPI achievement) About Our Foundation: At Children Must Live Foundation, we believe that every child deserves safety, education, healthcare, and hope for the future. For more than 15 years, our foundation has been helping vulnerable children in disadvantaged regions around the world. We establish and support schools, child rescue centers, and medical facilities while providing free assistance to children from low-income families. Our mission is to save children’s lives every single day and help them grow up in an environment of care, dignity, and security. As a fundraiser, your work will directly contribute to improving and saving children’s lives. Key Responsibilities: Acquire individual and corporate donors to support our children’s programs Build and maintain a donor pipeline — research new prospects, cultivate existing supporters Develop and pitch partnership proposals (including sponsorship and CSR partnerships) Organize and run fundraising campaigns, online drives, and charity events Lead negotiations, finalize donation agreements Provide donor support: inform about the results of their contributions, prepare reports and expressions of gratitude Analyze fundraising performance and suggest improvements Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote fundraising campaigns effectively Requirements: Flexible schedule and remote work option Commission-based payment: percentage of the funds you raise (negotiable) Bonuses for meeting and exceeding performance targets The opportunity to make a real difference in children’s lives and see the results of your work Training and support from the foundation’s team Participation in significant international and Russian charity projects (the foundation has been operating for over 15 years)
