We are a manufacturing-led company specializing in customized retail showroom fixtures and furniture for optical, garment, watch, and lifestyle stores, hospitals, residential and commercial. We execute projects across India with in-house manufacturing and installation capability. Opportunity Overview We are looking for a skilled Product Designer / Design Team to collaborate with us on a profit-sharing basis for retail fixture and furniture products. This is NOT a salaried role and NOT a fixed-fee freelance job. This is a long-term collaboration opportunity where the designer earns a share of profit from executed orders. Engagement Model – Profit Sharing Designer / design team will work on approved projects Compensation will be linked to actual order execution Profit share will be calculated project-wise Ideal for: Freelance designers Small design studios Independent product designers Scope of Work Product & Fixture Design Develop complete product design for retail fixtures such as: Wall display units Counters Gondolas Storage units Modular retail systems Designs should be manufacturing-friendly and cost-optimized Residential Furniture Commercial Furniture Hospital Furniture Modular Furniture Interior Product to sell online on ecommerce portal Complete Technical Deliverables (Mandatory) The designer must provide end-to-end design documentation, including: Detailed 2D working drawings Complete 3D views (if required) Material specifications Finish details Hardware details Section details Exploded views (where required) Installation & assembly logic Incomplete or concept-only designs will not be accepted. Design Support During Execution Clarifications during production Minor revisions (if required for execution feasibility) Coordination support till design freeze Profit Sharing Structure (Indicative) Profit share will be discussed and finalized before starting each project Sharing will be based on: Product category Project size Design complexity Payment will be released after client payment milestone as mutually agreed No upfront design fees will be paid.
