CURRENT STATUS: - I have a draft design in Fusion 360 (.f3d). - I have STEP files for the PCB and the Screen. - Material: Aluminum 6061-T6. - Finish: Matte Black Anodized (Bead blasted). THE CHALLENGE: 1. Port Alignment: HDMI and USB-C cutouts are currently misaligned. They need proper clearance for both the connector and the cable head (overmold). 2. DFM for CNC: The design needs to be optimized for 3-axis or 5-axis CNC machining (proper internal radii, wall thicknesses, and tool access). 3.
