To treat some neurological problems that I have, I saw a specialist. He had some visual therapy protocols, used manually, that I thought I could duplicate via software for therapy at home. I designed a little program that does what I want to do, namely display and move simple graphics (e.g. a solid circular disk or alternating stripes) on a monitor or tv output. I have uploaded a folder containing a windows executable named [url removed, login to view], that demonstrates what I want exactly. This demo, however, was programmed in a high level language, and so I could not achieve the degree of totally smooth and non flickering movement that is required. There are 12 simple displays, but only the first 8 and last 2 require completely seamless movement. I would like these 10 simple items programmed to move flicker free and with total smoothness [I do not know if this requirement will depend on the output device]. I would like these displays made available as individual calls to a dll, in which the size of the disk or stripes, and the speed of movement are specified (many might be combined in a single call, if direction could also be specified as a parameter).
