Video Game Level Design

We've developed a game that the user has to throw some balls in a flat surface and hit a target. We do have different balls (small, normal and big, this means more or less friction) and also some obstacles (hole, elastic, pin, etc). It can be compared as a bowling with obstacles, but it is not the same thing. We are looking for a video game level designer. The game is ready, all the coding, graphics, etc. We need someone to play the game and choose in wich level we should put wich ball, wich obstacles, were and how. Imagine Angry Birds, someone has to decide that in Level 1 were to put the obstacles, wich birds to throw and how many pigs do they have to destroy, in Level 2 they has to do it also, Level 3, etc, etc so the game is funny and the user wants to keep playing it. We need 40 levels designed and already have 15 (that should be a changed a little). We will provide the video game level designer all the tools he need.
