I can take your endless runner from prototype to a polished, store-ready build for both iOS and Android. Engine Recommendation: Unity (URP) For hitting a stable 60 FPS on mid-range mobile devices while maintaining photorealism, I highly recommend Unity using the Universal Render Pipeline (URP). It allows us to push high-quality PBR textures, custom shaders, and particle effects while providing the precise control needed for mobile optimization. My Approach & Milestones: Prototype: Implementing the core over-the-shoulder camera, responsive swipe controls, procedural track generation, and basic obstacle/traffic spawning to nail the "feel" of the game. Beta: Integrating fully licensed photorealistic 3D assets. I will rigorously apply LODs and texture atlasing here to ensure the install size stays lean and load times remain under 5 seconds. I will also integrate simple ragdoll physics, menus, and UI.
