We have a series of 13 cemetery sites that are shown in the attached KMZ file.. We will be reflying these sites to take up to date imagery at 5-7 cm GSD..
We will geo reference the image. Then we need a vector (dxf, shp or tab format ) drawing of each plot as a single polygon, and these are all combined into a single layer for each cemetery. Each plot will be assigned a Point so that it can be hyper linked to the master data base of that cemetery. The point table needs to have room for 50 fields of varying character length. This will be populated by client's in house resources.
As for how many plots, suggest that you look at the sites in Google Earth, and you will get an idea of the numbers of occupied graves, and also by visual means you will be able to estimate the number of vacant plots still available.

At this stage all I need is the vectors drawn around the existing and potential plots, with the point link on each so client can add the data to the 50 or so fields.
