I am in need of a customer support specialist who can provide email support in German. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in German and be able to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
We will provide you with a main script which will help you to get more emails done in a shorter period of time.
Key requirements for the project include:
- Fluent in German language
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience in providing customer support via email
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills
The project requires 20-40 hours of support per week, with flexibility for additional hours if needed. The candidate should be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
