this program will be designed for outdoor. so you also need to tell why outdoor workout is recommended
2. Second book: Fitness nutrition for HIIT.
Explain how to eat during HITT and provide 5 samples daily meal plans: 1500 calories, 2000 calories, 2500 calories, 3000 calories, 3500 calories
each meal plan should be detailed. for each food,, we should see , the amount of calories, carb, protein, fat. and percentage for each
Cite your sources
and keep it very simple. i don't require a specific number of page. the less the better as long as everything mentioned above are included in the book.
