We need a Golang Web Server (HTTP Server compiling the standard HTTP/1.1 and HTTP/2) 1. /!\ Server need to handle a very large number of clients at the same time (10000 to 15000 CLIENTS AT THE SAME TIME). Requirements that are mentioned in Spec like Plug-in Management, Modular Design, Highly Capacity and Scalable HTTP Server all of them are easily doable using GoLang. There are many framework available that we can use. i am having good 7 years of experience in Golang in developing Open API, Mobile Wallet and Banking System. all requirements that mentioned in PRD looks similar to my earlier project. From the project description and the doc attached I got an impression that you need NGINX but in Goland. Although this surely is doable, it may take much more time and money that acout one month and about one K euro. But if you need a PoC that, for instance, deliver static cintent under heavy load - OK then. P.S. For some not very clear reason this site didn't allow me to create a regular cover letter.
