Send http request as a flow

Dear all,

I’m looking for a programmer that write a program in golang for me to post a http request to one server as a flow

Let me describe it briefly:

I want to set a duration for this [login to view URL] example program start sending at 12:00:00 and complete sending at 12:00:02

Please note that this request is very small in size (less than 10 kilobytes) and maximum duration is 2 seconds and we will not receive timeout from server.

I need a method to post this request something like stream and send whole request at the beginning or ending is useless for me.

For example program start sending request at 12:00:00, 99% of the request will send immediately and 1% of request must send at 12:00:02

Is there any solution for this?
