Google Ads Lead Generation Specialist (Brazil Only) -- 2

IMPORTANT: This position is open only to freelancers currently based in Brazil. Applications from other countries will not be considered. We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist with a proven track record of managing and scaling large advertising budgets. This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking a professional who has successfully managed high-spend accounts and can demonstrate strong performance in lead generation, conversion optimization, and ROI improvement. Responsibilities Manage and optimize existing Google Ads campaigns Build and manage Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns Manage large monthly advertising budgets Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis Create and test ad copy and landing page strategies Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4 Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data Deliver weekly performance reports and recommendations Requirements Must be located in Brazil Fluent Portuguese Minimum 3 years of Google Ads experience Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $20,000+ USD Strong understanding of GA4 and Google Tag Manager Proven experience generating qualified leads Ability to provide case studies or campaign examples Strong analytical and reporting skills Preferred Qualifications Experience managing budgets above $50,000–$100,000 per month Google Ads Certification Experience working with international clients Lead generation experience in competitive industries To be considered, please include: Your years of Google Ads experience The largest monthly budget you have personally managed Industries you have worked with A brief case study showing results achieved The word "BRAZIL" at the beginning of your proposal We are looking for a long-term partner and will prioritize candidates with proven experience managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns.
