We are looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist with strong hands-on experience managing and optimising e-commerce campaigns. We have already drafted a number of Google Ads campaigns for two e-commerce websites. The campaigns are **not starting from scratch** — your role will be to review the existing setup, identify any weaknesses or opportunities, make appropriate improvements, and then make the relevant campaigns live. What we need The successful freelancer will be expected to: * Review existing Google Ads campaign structure, settings, targeting and product selection. * Assess whether the current campaign structure is appropriate for generating sales. * Optimise campaigns where required, while being mindful of existing budgets and campaign history. * Review existing active campaigns and recommend improvements where appropriate. * Check product/brand selections within campaigns and ensure they align with the intended strategy. * Identify any potential risks associated with significant changes, particularly where changes could negatively affect existing campaign performance or cause campaigns to effectively restart their learning. * Provide clear recommendations where there are alternative approaches rather than making significant structural changes without approval. * Once reviewed and optimised, make the agreed campaigns active. IMPORTANT We are looking for someone who can **think strategically and independently**, not simply follow a checklist. You must have **strong Google Ads experience, preferably with e-commerce / Google Shopping / Performance Max campaigns**, and be comfortable reviewing an account and explaining why you recommend particular changes. The successful freelancer will receive the **full scope, campaign details and access requirements once awarded**. There may also be **ongoing monthly work** for the right freelancer if the initial work is completed well and we are happy with the quality of the recommendations and execution. ### When applying, please provide: 1. **How soon can you start?** 2. **How many hours do you envisage this work taking?** 3. **Your fixed price for the project.** 4.
