We are an Australian ecommerce store selling lab-grade research peptides, clearly labelled "Research Use Only — not for human consumption". Our Merchant Center account is already set up and connected to our platform: - Product feed auto-generated at /api/[login to view URL], synced via Merchant API on a schedule - Internal dashboard showing per-product approval status and item-level issues - Third-party lab reports (CoAs) available for products The problem An account-level "Healthcare and medicine" policy hold is disapproving our entire catalogue in Australia. A manual review on 3 Aug 2026 upheld the hold. Before the hold, individual listings were being approved, so we know partial eligibility is possible. Deliverables 1. Policy audit (written): identify exactly which Google Shopping policies the account trips (Healthcare and medicines, unapproved pharmaceuticals and supplements, misrepresentation) and give an honest assessment of what is fixable versus not eligible for Shopping ads at all. 2. Listing remediation: rewrite feed titles, descriptions and attributes to be compliant — correct product categories, GTIN exemptions where legitimately applicable, purity/CAS/lab-report references, no therapeutic claims. We supply product data; you make it policy-clean. 3. Appeal management: prepare and submit the account-level appeal/re-review with supporting documentation (CoAs, website compliance. changes, labelling), respond to reviewer follow-ups, and iterate resubmissions until a final decision. 4. Account hygiene: feed diagnostics at zero item-level errors, AU shipping/returns/tax settings verified, website claim verified, storefront eligible to link from Search and Ads surfaces. 5. Handover doc: how to refresh and monitor the feed, how to read diagnostics, and the escalation path if a product or the account is flagged again. Acceptance criteria - Account-level hold resolved: reinstated, or a definitive written explanation of exactly what must change for reinstatement - Every catalogue item either approved or documented with its specific blocking issue and the fix - Feed passing all diagnostics with no errors Out of scope (already built, don't quote for these): the storefront itself, on-site product search, reviews or discount features. Hard constraints - No policy-evasion tactics: no cloaking, no borrowed GTINs, no misrepresenting what the products are, no cloaked landing pages. These get accounts permanently terminated and we want a durable result. - All copy must respect Australian therapeutic-goods rules (no therapeutic or performance claims). To apply, tell us: 1. Accounts you've recovered from healthcare/supplements-related holds, with outcomes 2. Your honest read on whether research-use peptides are eligible for Shopping ads in Australia at all — we'd rather hear "this can't be fixed" early than pay for endless failed appeals 3. Your step-by-step plan for the first two weeks

Dear Pillar, I am Firoz, a Digital Marketing Expert with over 8 years of experience specializing in Google Ads including Google Shopping compliance and account recoveries. I understand your predicament with the Healthcare and medicine policy hold on your Australian peptide catalogue and the critical need for a fully compliant, durable solution. 1. Past Experience: I have successfully managed appeals and recovered accounts flagged under similar healthcare and supplement policies by conducting thorough policy audits, rewriting product feeds to eliminate non-compliance, and managing detailed appeal processes including submission and reviewer communication, resulting in reinstatement or precise guidance for changes needed. 2. Eligibility Assessment: Research-use peptides often fall under stringent restrictions in Australia, but compliance hinges on perfect alignment with therapeutic goods regulations—no claims, proper labelling, and transparent documentation. A clean feed with no prohibited claims and robust supporting documentation (CoAs, disclaimers) can often achieve partial or full listing eligibility, although some products may still be restricted. I am committed to delivering a transparent and rigorous resolution process without risky policy evasion tactics. I look forward to helping restore your Merchant Center account in full compliance. Best regards, Firoz

Hello! I'm a Google Merchant Center specialist with deep experience navigating healthcare and supplement policy holds. I've successfully recovered accounts facing similar "Healthcare and medicine" restrictions by auditing policies, rewriting feed data, and managing appeals with Google's review teams. Here's my honest read: research-use peptides are a grey area for Shopping ads in Australia. Google's policies on unapproved pharmaceuticals and supplements are strict, and even with clear "Research Use Only" labelling, approval is not guaranteed. However, partial eligibility is possible with careful feed optimisation and compliance-focused appeals. My step-by-step plan for the first two weeks: 1. Audit your account and feed to identify exact policy triggers and assess fixability 2. Rewrite all product titles, descriptions, and attributes to remove any therapeutic or performance claims 3. Ensure correct product categories, GTIN exemptions, and clear lab-reference formatting 4. Prepare and submit a detailed account-level appeal with supporting CoAs and website compliance documentation 5. Monitor and respond to reviewer follow-ups, iterating until final decision I'll be honest about what's fixable versus not eligible for Shopping ads. If reinstatement isn't possible, I'll document exactly what must change. Let's work toward a durable, compliant result.

Hi, Account-level holds for Healthcare and medicine usually indicate policy signals at the account metadata level, not just individual listings, and that is the most urgent risk to remove before any feed edits matter. I have recovered Merchant Center accounts with healthcare and supplement flags by isolating account-level signals, rebuilding a compliant product feed set, and presenting precise documentation to reviewers. I have practical experience running feed rewrites, attribute cleanups, shipping/tax verification and appeal management for regulated goods and high-scrutiny categories. I will start by pulling the account diagnostics and change history, export the full feed and policy diagnostics, and surface the single highest-probability account-level trigger within the first 48 hours. My first concrete action will be a targeted data audit of required attributes and any free-text fields that reference human consumption or therapeutic claims. - Would you like me to start with read-only access to Merchant Center plus the feed file and recent policy emails? - Do you have any third-party feed processors or a dev who can apply title/description edits quickly? Happy to connect for a short call to walk through the approach. Thomas Beigbeder

Moreover, my extensive knowledge in search engine optimization has imparted me with an acute understanding of how to craft content that not only aligns with your business needs but also adheres to strict regulations like Australia's therapeutic-goods rules. However, with my expertise in data analysis, we can evaluate your products' eligibility critically and present a convincing case by rewriting feed titles and descriptions accordingly. The hidden trigger is Google’s “unapproved pharmaceuticals” filter, which flags any peptide product even when marked “research use only.” I’ll audit the feed against each policy clause and rewrite titles, categories and GTIN fields to fit the allowed “Laboratory chemicals” category. I think most peptides will still be blocked, so I’ll file an appeal with CoAs and manage any reviewer follow‑ups. A common mistake is using any health‑related keyword in the description, which instantly trips the “healthcare and medicine” rule. I’ve removed those triggers on other research‑supplement accounts and secured reinstatement after a focused appeal. You’ll receive a zero‑error feed, an appeal package, and a short‑term roadmap that audits the policy, rewrites the XML, submits the appeal and tracks diagnostics.

Hi, I can help audit your Google Merchant Center account, identify the exact policy issues behind the account-level Healthcare & Medicine hold, and determine upfront whether research-use peptides are realistically eligible for Shopping ads in Australia. My approach will be compliance-first—no cloaking, misleading categorisation, borrowed GTINs, or other policy-evasion methods. I’ll review the feed, product data, website claims, Merchant Center diagnostics, Australian settings, and previous review outcome before recommending remediation. Most importantly, I’ll give you an honest assessment if the products or category are fundamentally ineligible for Google Shopping in Australia, rather than recommending endless unsuccessful appeals. I can also provide a clear handover document covering feed maintenance, diagnostics and future policy issues. I’m ready to start with the policy/eligibility audit and can work directly with your existing feed and Merchant Center setup. Regards, Kuldeep

Hi, I have 14+ years of experience with Google Merchant Center, Shopping feeds, policy compliance, SEO, and resolving account/product-level disapprovals. I understand your priority is a durable, policy-compliant solution—not shortcuts or policy evasion. I’ll first audit the account, website claims, feed, product data, categories, identifiers, shipping/returns/tax settings and applicable Healthcare & Medicines policies. Most importantly, I’ll give you an honest assessment of whether research-use peptides are eligible for Google Shopping in Australia before investing heavily in appeals. During the first two weeks I’ll remediate eligible listings, remove prohibited claims, optimize attributes, eliminate feed diagnostics errors, prepare supporting documentation, and submit a properly documented appeal/review. I will never use cloaking, borrowed GTINs, misleading claims, or other evasion tactics. I’ll also provide clear documentation of any products that remain ineligible and why. Thanks Amit

Hi, Lets cpnnect with me i will share my previous work of gmc. I have 8+ years of experience with Google Merchant Center, Google Shopping, feed optimization, policy compliance, and account-level suspensions. 1. Relevant experience: I’ve handled healthcare/supplement-related GMC disapprovals, Misrepresentation issues, feed remediation, website compliance, and review/appeal processes. 2. Honest assessment: I would not guarantee Shopping eligibility for research peptides in Australia. “Research Use Only” labeling alone does not necessarily make these products eligible. My first step would be to determine which products, if any, have a legitimate path to Shopping approval. If they’re fundamentally restricted, I’ll tell you upfront rather than use risky policy-evasion tactics. 3. First 2 weeks: Days 1–3: Full GMC, feed, website & policy audit Days 4–6: Product-by-product eligibility and remediation plan Days 7–9: Fix legitimate feed/account issues + prepare evidence Days 10–14: Submit review/appeal where appropriate, monitor Google’s response and document the outcome I’m focused on a durable, policy-compliant solution—not temporary approval tricks.

Hi, I’m a compliance-focused digital marketer experienced in Google Shopping audits, product-feed cleanup, policy-sensitive copywriting, diagnostics, and account issue analysis. I understand the priority here is not to bypass Google’s policies, but to determine whether research-use peptides are genuinely eligible for Shopping ads in Australia and identify exactly what is causing the account-level hold. In similar policy-sensitive projects, the difficult part has been separating fixable feed, website, categorization, and claims issues from products that remain ineligible regardless of optimization. What I do best: auditing product data and policy signals, rewriting titles/descriptions without therapeutic claims, checking attributes and diagnostics, and documenting clear evidence for legitimate appeals. Why choose me: I would give you an honest go/no-go assessment before recommending repeated appeals, with a practical two-week plan covering audit, remediation, documentation, appeal preparation, and monitoring. I can also prepare a clear handover covering feed refreshes, diagnostics, recurring compliance checks, and escalation steps. After completion, I provide organized documentation, final compliant copy, issue-by-issue findings, and reasonable clarification support so your team can maintain the account properly.

Hello, I am interested in assisting with your Google Merchant Center and product feed review project. I want to be transparent that I am still building my experience as a freelancer. However, I am detail-oriented, willing to research carefully, and I understand the importance of following Google Shopping policies and avoiding misleading claims or risky shortcuts. I can help review product information, titles, descriptions, and other listing details to identify potential issues and organize the findings clearly. I would take a careful approach and follow the requirements you have outlined, including avoiding cloaking, misleading claims, borrowed GTINs, and unsupported medical or therapeutic claims. My goal would be to provide honest, well-organized work and communicate clearly throughout the project. If I encounter an area requiring specialized legal or advanced policy expertise, I would be transparent rather than making assumptions. I am eager to learn, committed to doing careful work, and would appreciate the opportunity to contribute to your project. Thank you for considering my proposal. Best regards, Xaadi
