Performance Marketing Expert (Meta & Google Ads) – Revenue & ROAS Focused

About Us We are a fast-growing kidswear fashion brand looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist/Agency to manage and scale our Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads accounts. We are seeking a results-driven partner who combines performance marketing expertise, creative excellence, AI-powered optimization, and data-driven decision-making to generate consistent revenue growth. Scope of Work: Performance Marketing Management: 1. Complete management of Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts. 2. Campaign planning, setup, optimization, scaling, and reporting. 3. Audience research, segmentation, and retargeting strategies. 4. Conversion tracking, pixel setup, GA4 integration, and attribution analysis. 5. Budget allocation and optimization across platforms. 6. Landing page and funnel recommendations to improve conversion rates. Creative Development: - The selected freelancer/team must create sufficient static image creatives and video advertisements to deliver results. - Creative content can include carousel ads and any other format the freelancer deems ideal for performance. AI & Automation: - Utilize AI tools and automation platforms to improve campaign performance. - Implement creative testing frameworks using AI-assisted insights where applicable. - Use predictive analytics, audience modeling, etc., for optimization. Strategy & Growth: 1. Develop monthly growth strategies to achieve targets of ~6–8L in revenue at 4 ROAS scale with an ad spend budget of 1.5–2.0L INR monthly. 2. Identify winning products/opportunities. 3. Build remarketing/customer retention campaigns based on data insights. 4. Continuous improvement in CAC (customer acquisition cost), CTR (click-through-rate), conversion rate efficiency goals. Additional Requirements: - Proven experience in scaling campaigns with high budgets while maintaining or improving ROAS metrics is essential. - Familiarity with India-specific demographics and market trends is highly preferred.
