Spanish -Speaking Specialist Media Buyer for Medical Campaign

I’m looking for a Spanish-speaking freelance media buyer to work with me on the technical campaign side of a private patient acquisition agency for specialist doctors. I need someone who can handle: Meta Ads setup, management, and optimization Google Ads setup, management, and optimization Technical support for simple funnels: ad → contact → appointment Basic automations related to lead capture and follow-up Google Maps / local presence, since it is part of the acquisition system we use I’m not looking for community management, branding, full web design, or a generic marketing agency. I need someone technical, with good judgment, who understands how to build campaigns focused on real lead generation and conversion, not just visibility. The project is focused on private specialist doctors, especially plastic surgery and refractive ophthalmology.
