Our Australian digital marketing agency requires a practitioner (or team of practitioners) specialising in Google Ads, Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics. We are a Google Premier Partner managing approximately 40 client accounts and growing. Most of the accounts are small to medium sized business campaigns spending between $1000 - $5000 per month on Adwords and Bing Ads, although we do have some larger accounts spending much more than that which require constant monitoring.
The position involves:
Reviewing our existing processes and recommending improvements
Working with account managers and clients on campaign strategy and KPIs
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics configuration / management
Campaign setup inc. keyword research and text ad recommendations
Ongoing campaign management, performance reviews and improvement recommendations
Setting up smart bidding strategies
Reporting setup and insights
Creating and maintaining our internal Standard Operating Procedures for all tasks related to campaign setup, management, client communication, reporting and optimisation.
We want to work with somebody who can keep us up to date with the latest advancements in Google Ads and analytics that are relevant to our clients. This means you'll need a strong focus on automation, data analysis and ROAS.
We need somebody who will help us implement and automate effective bid strategies, manage negative keywords cleverly and monitor conversions to optimise our client's budgets. Most of our clients' campaigns are not complicated, so the role will be fairly straightforward for an advanced campaign manager.
Although most of our client accounts are not complicated, there is a high volume of tasks so you will need to complete on a weekly basis, so you will need to be highly efficient and a consistent worker.
