Google sheets create task lists based on data in sheets. (urgent)

I have a Google spreadsheet which I want to use to build a task list based on selecting items from a lookup table and a script running to create the number and name of items required. I have a bonus requirement for creating a document in a folder based on a template, which I will pay a $100 bonus for, this can be delivered later thatn the first requirement which is urgent. Requirement 1 (need now): create the deliverable list (3) based on the lines selected in the deliverable builder (1) and the lookup of the lines to create for each item type(2). Create the name for each deliverable based on the item name and propogate the rest of the deliverable items based on the lookup data fields. Requirement 2 (nice to have): create template versions of each document based on the template provided in the template URL field, place the document in the folder in the folder name field and rename the document name to the populated deliverable name. spreadsheet should be accessible at: [login to view URL] I would like the requierment 1 delivered later on today.
