Hi, bulk tracking from your Master Sheet straight into column L, with nothing else in the sheet touched. The tricky part is the CEPT API token expiring quietly mid run. How I'd do it: an Apps Script that reads tracking numbers in batches, calls the API, writes status back to L only, plus a time driven trigger. Hi, Your CRM already works, so the real risk in this job is breaking something that is currently fine. I would keep all the new code in its own script file and have it write to one place only, column L on the Master sheet, so Active Delivery, Delivered, RTO and Aging carry on exactly as they do now. What I would do: - Connect to the India Post/CEPT API with proper token handling, so it renews itself instead of failing silently - Read the tracking numbers from Master in batches and fetch the current status for all of them - Write the status into column L only, leaving every other column untouched - Set up a time-based trigger so the sheet updates on its own, on whatever schedule you want - Test with real tracking numbers, including ones already delivered and returned, then hand over the code with a short setup note INR 6,000, delivered within a week.
