Code Firebase Functions (typescript) that calls an external URL API through an http POST request

I need someone to create me a simple sample Cloud Firebase Function on Typescript that sends a JSON OBJECT through a HTTP Post Request to an external URL and listens for the response.

I have a Blaze account so, the problem is not the free tier.
