Script Google Sheets to send emails

Need a Google Sheets Script for send an emails from Gmail account automaticaly, searching a cell in same row with email address, adding some cells content in same row to the content of the mail, and the script must be triggered when a specific cell change its content (from waiting to done for example).

Need to add some format to the email to send.
