We are looking for a full‑time Virtual Assistant (20–30 hrs/week) to support our new company with daily operations, research, documents, outreach, scheduling emails, designing & creating presentations/documents on Canva and you must have good communication tasks. We will want to speak to you on Zoom, call or email, you must answer. This is a long‑term role for someone who is organized, fast, reliable, and able to learn many different tasks. Your Tasks: • Research and sourcing (suppliers, agencies, partners, vendors) • You may use AI (Ch@tGBT or CoPilot) to help your job go fast & great. • Send emails • Updating Google Sheets and tracking leads • Creating documents and simple reports • Scheduling calls and managing calendars for corporate • Responding to messages and organizing information • Supporting operations for facility (They may call with issue and you will answer questions , or you will call us to get the answer.) • Calls usually do not come but if they do, then you may answer using page script of what to say. • Helping with checklists, templates and internal documents. • Coordinating with team members • Basic data entry and admin tasks The entire job is easy and will easily train you. If you are willing to accept calls, Zoom & email/message and most importantly capable of learning new things Skills Needed: • Can have conversation in English with your team • Giod organization and attention to detail • You are able to use Google Docs, Sheets, and online tools • Fast learner and able to follow instructions • Comfortable doing many different tasks • Reliable internet and available full‑time (30 hrs per week; however, you may complete the week work in a few days. This job has many tasks but having Copilot .com and ChatGbt .com will make your job easy. Hours: Full‑time — 30 to 45 hours per week Monday to Friday (we can do make schedule to fit your life; flexibility) Pay: Monthly salary: $200-$250 depending on experience however hours of work may be 20-45 hours per week Long‑term position with salary increase of 50% if perfect performance We will train you. You do NOT need experience. You just need to be organized, reliable, and willing to learn to have a job that is a good job.
