Ready to start immediately. 1) What elevation datum should I lock to (survey benchmark or finished floor), and do you have contours or spot grades for terrain? 2) For each retaining wall, please confirm system and specs—block/poured/CMU, thickness and cap, geogrid/footing, top/bottom elevations at key stations, and the exact step-down rule. Suggestions: 1) Build in SketchUp + LayOut with strict Tags (Plants by species, Walls by segment, Grades) and preset Scenes (plan, sections, wall profiles) so crews get clean, dimensioned prints fast. 2) Add an on-sheet coordinate grid and wall stationing; this removes onsite ambiguity and scales if scope grows. Action Plan: - Kickoff: receive sketches/photos/measurements; confirm datum, wall specs, plant list. - Base: set units; build terrain; place spot grades. - Walls: model per segment with heights, step-downs, materials; generate sections/profiles. - Planting: place exactly per sketch; label species/qty/spacing. - Sheets & Final: produce dimensioned plan + wall sections + callouts; one review; QA dimension check; deliver editable SketchUp model, LayOut PDFs, 300‑dpi PNGs.
